Great service! Very accommodating. A leak developed in one of my tires, called and they said they could fix me in the schedule, took it in and they found a screw embedded in the tire. The tires were only a few months old, under warranty, they replace the tire without question. I have always had good experiences with the service department and would recommend them without pause.

I cheated on BMW trying to save money, what a mistake! The team here is second to none in the Richmond area. If you’re debating on if the price of the work is worth it I’ll be the first to say it definitely is!! Don’t get fooled by the cheaper rates! It’s cheaper for a reason.
