Recall, inspection and tire replacement

Scott is amazing

Service was fine, done expeditiously. I was suprised to be charged for the state inspection, since I was not charged for it as part of my regular service last year.

It was fast and easy.

Came in for a state inspection and check on anything else required. Waited on vehicle. Scott was attentive, polite and professional. I always try to work with Scott. I trust him. That's huge.

Wonderful as always

It was pretty good. Thanks for loaner car I returned it when the car was ready. I’m willing to stick with bmw as long as they honor loaner cars on state inspection especially when I return the car when they’re done with the work. Rather do everything at dealership if they honor the loaner cars for me.

Tim was very helpful and very informative in his recommendations. The entire process was seamless and made it easy to continue to do business with BMW of Midlothian.
