Came in for a state inspection and check on anything else required. Waited on vehicle. Scott was attentive, polite and professional. I always try to work with Scott. I trust him. That's huge.

Wonderful as always

It was pretty good. Thanks for loaner car I returned it when the car was ready. I’m willing to stick with bmw as long as they honor loaner cars on state inspection especially when I return the car when they’re done with the work. Rather do everything at dealership if they honor the loaner cars for me.

Tim was very helpful and very informative in his recommendations. The entire process was seamless and made it easy to continue to do business with BMW of Midlothian.

I didn’t get the managers name but he was great, very respectful and helped me/heard me out on my issues.Hector was also incredibly helpful in explaining everything that was done and happy to offer whatever he could if my steering issues continued.Jeff seemed less than happy to help/work with me. Don’t really know what I did.Other than that, the staff and help was great.
