Visited for a recall and received a loaner on Friday and return the loaner on Monday. Great service my BMW was clean upon receiving it. Love this BMW company at Midlothian.

I appreciated the great customer service. My wait time estimate was accurate and then when additional services were confirmed to be needed I was given a loaner that had just become available and a driver dropped off my car and swapped vehicles when services were complete. Thank you!
