I make an appointment on the phone and tell them I will be waiting on the repair. I drive 1 hour to get to BMW. Now I am told it is a day and half job! Obviously I cannot wait. Fortunately, they give me a loaner. I drive another hour home. The next day I drive an hour in the rain to pick up my car. I am escorted to my car and I leave. I get home and notice my left front corner of my car is all scratched up! I realize it is now going to be my word against theirs. I should have inspected my vehicle before I left. What I thought was a kind gesture, walking me to my car, now seems like they were trying to block me from seeing the damage. As far as the service center, everyone is friendly and helpful. The brake recall was done, the oil changed, 30 point inspection and car washed

Thanks for the opportunity, sorry to see how invaluable I was my first visit for service still not sure that I received the service that I was requested to come for after waiting four hours?!

Not able to diagnose the problem. It was diagnosed and fixed earlier this year. But the whining noise came back and it wasn’t diagnosed and fixed

I called the day before to schedule an appointment for some scheduled service and for a coolant problem that had just occurred. My car was received and processed quickly and I was kept updated on progress until it was ready later that day.
