Except for the fact that they had the wrong part in stock and I had to come back the next day, all was good. Service rep was great.

Good automated notification for needed service. Able to get service scheduled within 48 hrs. Felt additional recommended service was warranted. Service completed within time requested. Cost of work performed was reasonable, coupons honored. Car wash much improved over last visit. Very difficult to get in touch by phone with the service department, constant loop back to operator. Requested shuttle service was promised but not provided so spent $30 unnecessarily on Lyft rides.
