I brought my car for oil change and state inspection . The employees were all professional. The waiting room was comfortable. I was happy with overall experience.

Came in to wait for a one-hour recall appointment (that lasted 2.5 hours) and left with the technician saying I needed $11,000 worth of work. Upon further inspection, a $7500 service was just spilled oil and not brake fluid they had warned me about. Service department was very busy but it would’ve been nice to at least be acknowledged when I walked in so I knew someone was going to help me even though it appeared by phone by both observation and overheard conversations that no one wanted to. Employees were nice enough once they engaged.

It was great, except for the 5 hour wait when I had an appointment. Too long to wait in the lobby.

The team was very responsive and quick to meet my needs. And delivered ahead of schedule.
