I worked with Tom. Unfortunately my car could not be repaired as the engine had failed. I purchased my car at Richmond BMW and Tom has been my go to service representative for 7 years. He has always been responsive. I will miss working with him as I am selling my car as the repairs cost more than the car is worth.

Came in for a recall service and the tech who looked over my car tried to suggest a few repairs that were not needed…I’m very disappointed at the dishonesty. I purchased my vehicle from you guys a few years ago, it’s disheartening to see that a customer would be treated this way…He tried to tell me I needed over $2000.00 in work….luckily I work on my cars my self and I knew about the repairs he suggested…all were false except one…he said my serpentine belt needed to be replaced but there are no cracks or tears on the belt…he said I had a bad bushing that was leaking fluid…first of all bushings don’t typically leak fluid and second of all I looked over it at my automotive shop that I work at and the bushing is perfectly fine…if I want mechanically inclined I would have been ripped off…I hope other customers aren’t be treated this way…it made me feel like I was just a dollar sign to them even if it meant charging me for repairs that weren’t needed they didn’t care as long as they made the money.

Mike Stevens was my service advisor. He was very polite and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. He does a great job of not trying to upsale me with services I don’t need. My repairs were complete on time and my car drives like new!
