The was the time we received a thorough explanation of our vehicle’s Diagnosis. The mechanic on duty was very polite and didn’t speak over heads about the mechanical details and issues. Also the honesty about what future problems that may or may not appear on my vehicle. My wife and I appreciate the workmanship. Mr V we appreciate you and the service you provided during our previous problems with our vehicle. It was good to know you had our backs and not leaving us stranded…..thanks again. We’ll probably be looking to purchase another vehicle in 2026. Hopefully a 2026 beamer

Va and Patricia are top notch, superior at what they do. As long as they are part of the service team I will keep buying BMW’s and having them serviced at Richmond BMW. The sales management was unfriendly, acted as if they could care less about it’s customers.

As always, I got top notch service from the entire department! I have owned BMW‘s now for over 10 years due to the excellent service department. My repair was done quickly and efficiently and I’m always greeted with a smile. The entire staff in the service department deserves a raise! I’d like to give a shout out to Josh, Thom, Mike, and Va.

We had a recall on our 528i. We had never be in need of your service department before. Thomas was a great service rep. He kept me informed of the progress being made. I appreciate the fact that it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Added bonus, the car was washed!!!
