My experience was great from the service representative to the maintenance guy.

We had a recall on our 528i. We had never be in need of your service department before. Thomas was a great service rep. He kept me informed of the progress being made. I appreciate the fact that it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Added bonus, the car was washed!!!

This was my first service appointment and I was thoroughly pleased. I was kept informed the entire time about what was going on with my vehicle & the cost. I was also happy to use the shuttle service so that I could go to a nearby restaurant for lunch while waiting.
