I was told that I had to have my warranty work done by Feb 3. This gave me 1 week to complete the appointment. I waited around 8 months for the part to come in and only had 1 week to get it done. Had to cancel an appointment that I had already scheduled somewhere else to make this happen.As I stated, tire pressure was not checked and I was told that it was done. It was not.

We had Travis , Blake, & Brian take care of us. They explained everything to us & were super great. we love the car , its our second Mitsubishi Sport . Have been customers for 10 years, service has been excellent. Thank you all so much!

My salesman Ross and The finance manager Brian Bragg really went above and beyond to get the deal finished. Stayed way past closing and then kept in contact to make sure everything went through with the financing.

The service was performed in a very timely fashion. As soon as I arrived and went in the vehicle was taken into the back immediately to have the service performed and I was in and out in less than an hour. Another nice point about this dealership is that the way they hand wash the car each time and the cost is much more reasonable than the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from I have no intentions of returning to the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. I will continue to use this dealership and most likely make my next purchase from Boardman Mitsubishi rather than their competition in austintown. I will not name that dealership but I was very unhappy with a service performed in austintown and the cost was nearly double. What Boardman Mitsubishi isThe service was performed in a timely fashion I was in and out in less than an hour. This dealership also hand washes the car after every service which is definitely a plus
