She was very professional and getting all the necessary information from me since I'm 70 years old newcomer to Olympia and she got all the possible information that would help me get a senior citizen apartment in Olympia Washington State and I thank her very much to try and really hard to get me in I really appreciate very professional manager I just used the term Smooth Operator

Carpet cleaning in the hallway would be appreciated.

Darien was kind and professional. I'd hoped to get into an apartment quickly, and I dropped the ball getting things organized due to trying to juggle too much. There was another prospect that brought the money in for the desired apt prior to me (as Darien had told me to jump on it if I wanted it...as "whoever 'showed her the money and arrived first would be the new tenant!" I drug my feet a bit, so it was on me for sure. I realized I had another 1st floor option but wasn't interested. So, turns out I'll need to find another place...and that's OK.

The staff was friendly, helpful and thorough as they gave me the tour of your facility.
