If in the future setting up service returns to a web portal, make sure that we can not only schedule an oil change but also list concerns that we asked to be addressed during our visits.I let the Service Advisor know that I was going to be in the waiting on site. I usually do get the preferred method with notifications thru text messages, but in this visit - all was done in a very short period of time, EXCELLENT.The service area improvements, along with the communication to the customers has greatly improved.

Josh is always helpful and if I need any information he always takes the time to explain and answer any questions I have.Every time I bring my car in for service Josh asks me all the information required to make sure I am receiving the service that is due and that I requested to make sure we are both on the same page. As usual I get all that I request and they promptly take care of it and in less than an hour I am called and notified to come pick up my car. Easiest process that I have experienced and again a pleasant experience every time I have had my car service at Bob Mills Mitsubishi. Always pleased with how I am treated.

I was down from New York for a vacation when my vehicle had a major issue . Bob Mills team fit me in and looked at it and gave me the estimated time frame it would be fixed . Just put a little bump in my plan ls for vacation but didn’t ruin the relaxing vacation that was much needed .

I requested the general manager twice. Once they told me he was in a meeting. Then I called another day and asked for him and they hung up on me because I asked for him which I recorded.I left with a new issue and they can't figure it out so they told me to find another shop to do their job.He would always call me and lie saying the car is fixed and that he drove it and there was no more noise or issues. I would pick it up and drive down the road and bring it right back every single time because he was lying.They took 32 days the first time. This time they took 3 weeks and it's still not fixed.I would like my car fixed because this occurred during their care and it's all documented, time stamped and recorded.Every time I picked up the car I had to bring it right back every single time because they kept lying saying it was fixed when it definitely was not. This occurred between 6 to 10 times. And I'm still dealing with it.
