Started working with Christian. He had to go do something, so we worked with Mason! They both were amazing! Very personable and made the car buying experience very easy! I can’t remember the finance managers name but incredibly nice people! We went to sparks Toyota and that experience was awful! So I really appreciate them being so kind for my first time buying a car!

Mason and Anthony really know their business excellent experience I did not feel pressured the first OR second time I went to check out the Outlander, and I want to adopt both of them as my grandsons!!!!! think it is the best experience out of the MANY years I have made trades at various dealerships. GRAND!!!!! EF

I did not book appointment on line. I called and spoke to someone to schedule appointment with requested date and time.I waited an hour for Oil change.Was slow in filing for my License Tag with the DMV.

When making appointment it was hard to get through.Very friendly, efficient, got the car done I'm a timely manor.

Again very annoying that I had to fill the washer fluid myself when I just left there don’t know how the notifications didn’t tell them when they moved the car around

Keep your current service manager and train your other employees to be like himThe maintenance manager is outstanding. He helped me in getting the work needed for my car at great price. I trust him which is a very big compliment coming from a single woman who isn't familiar with car repairs.
