Did not have too spend all day car shopping at bob mills they had the car I wanted great trade in for my ride and had the shortest day shopping for a car. Quick and proffesionalThe whole sales department was very professional Emily was great as well as Chris Anthony and Kelly were very quick in getting the loan and getting me out the door with a new vehicle and a great price

I overpaid for the car so I gave sour taste in my mouth. Probably would not have used you for service but I got five free oil changes. Now that they are up I’ll likely go elsewhere. Also in the beginning they tried to sell me stuff every visit. Services. I make it clear to just change my oil. However the last visit I out four tires on thanks to your service advisor.They were fine.

They said the battery has 2 year warranty had to pay $140.00 to get this resolved.

My problem with this service is that the car is 28 months old.the battery went bad and had to pay $140.00 for a pro rated charge. I think it’s awful that this isn’t covered for at least 3 years like all other car manufacturers. I’ve bought 2 cars from Bob Mills and not happy about that charge. I stopped at Nissan just down the road with my heart set on a Pathfinder due to motor size (v6). I left due to the sales agent. He lost them the sale. Your sales rep, Chris, was respectful of my wishes and my time. His approach was honest, warm and straightforward. Anthony began to work with us and truly to me his integrity shines through. They are both true assets to your company. I was sold on them more than the car. They got the sale. Don’t get me wrong, the car is fabulous.Chris, our sales agent and Anthony, our finance manager were both amazing. They answered our questions, made great recommendations, and listen which is such a huge part of customer service. The entire team was super nice.

Didn't honor the warranty. The SUV has 10,900 miles on it ( 2023). On a trip the drivers seat really feels bad. The person who checked the seat stated it wasn't bad enough to replace.
