The last time I took the car to the shop calling for an appointment was an ordeal, I called more than a dozen times and left messages but no one returned my call. For me to make the appointment I had to go in person to do it. Contrary to now, the phone was anwsered right away ,a friendly voice gave me the appointment, the service took a reasonable timing. I would call it a service with a smile.
