My service advisor , Miguel Suarez, was GREAT! As always :)

Dealership resolved the steering wheel cover they damaged which I had to return for and let them know they damaged. And now there is a new issue with the sensor in the backseat that began the second I left the dealership again. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and will consider a different dealership for service in the future, hopefully they are more professional.

Parts department Damaged my steering wheel and returned the car as if there was no problem. As I was driving away, I had to come back and point out what they had damaged. I don’t know if Wi-Fi was offered or not. There was no signage. Also, when you pulled up to the text that were there to check you in,there was no signage outside of the dealership telling you which way to go.Advisor had very poor communication skills. They really weren’t any at all. I had to constantly go over to the woman at the desk to get any updates. When he did come to talk to me, he didn’t look at me when he spoke to me, he spoke very softly, and he mumbled. I kept having to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. I’m not sure if he is new. But I feel that he needs more training.Part had to be ordered, no follow up appt offered
