I only have one issue. 3 days after the servicing, I began to receive errors messages (on a vehicle that only had 3200 miles on it). I called the service dept. and was unable to get a person on the line. I left a message (on a friday), but never received a callback the following week. Eventually the error message went away, which was likely, first triggered by low fuel. Had to go online to figure it out on my own. During the first oil servicing, we had a recall service done as well on the rear camera, which could have also triggered the error message due to sensor network issues. Only issue I have is that no call return occurred on a potentially serious issue with a nearly new automobile.service personnel was very friendly and engaging. waiting room was stress-free, and loved the complimentary coffee and water.
