Dealer did not have a warranty part in stock at the momwnt of my visit. Dealership did not have my appointment in there system as a booked appointment via there main website page scheduling portal. Dealership charged customer for tire balancing, even though tire rotation was included with service. Customer paid out of pocket on tire balancing, when tires where being removed anyways for a rotation, labor fee also charged on this.

It nevwr showed in the dealership system even though I had a confirmation.Small shop, one mechanic on duty.Had to pay out of pocket for the first wheel balance.

Great staff and comfortable atmosphere. Waiting for my car to be serviced was actually relaxing. I was offered a beverage and watched TV. I was also checked on by a service member to see if I was okay and if there was anything I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rear view mirrors had been put pack to the original position if they were moved during the service. I experienced top notch customer service.I already have recommended Boniface-Heirs Mitsubishi to family and friends.
