When I got to the dealership they had no record of my appointment. I had to show them on the app that I did make an appointment. They did take me right away.Was there 3 hoursThe dealership insists on charging the ridiculous 3% on credit cards which they don't tell you about ahead of time. The 32 point inspection was completed but there was no list on what was needed and what wasn't even though I was told I needed tires.

From my phone call to having to change my schedule and then on the day of having to show up late because of traffic they were kind they were accommodating and very knowledgeable, the service manager, whenever every detail of my vehicle inspection make sure that I was knowledgeable in exactly what he was referring to and made me feel very ease throughout the whole process. You have a really great team working for you even one of the mechanics took me to my job so that I didn’t have to sit and wait up my vehicle to be done. That’s five star gold service in my opinion.The service team was beyond welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions helped with my issues and even offered a rideshare to work. I would highly recommend to anyone just because of the amazing service that I received.
