Dr. Lynch was so kind during my daughter’s first visit. She explained everything that was happening and put my child at ease. Even though this practice is out of network, we will continue going there because of the warmth and professionalism the office exhibits.

everyone was very friendly

The cleaning was great. However The dentist was too aggressive in her plan for my mouth. Seemingly wanted to redo an old filling and some old crowns before having seen any X-rays. The doctor never really explained to me what she wanted to do and why, other than that she wasn’t sure if she could use a filling or if I’d need a crown but was leaning towards a crown, she never said why she was doing anything to that tooth while I was there. I left the chair very confused about what she was talking about. She was mostly talking to the hygienist to document what she was saying but was never talking directly to me. Doctor Philips called me the next day and said that she would be able to just do a filling. I questioned her at length about which tooth and why and she said there is decay under the filling. I asked her how she knew that before seeing the x-ray and she said the top of the filling was worn as well. I questioned my prior dentist who took the X-rays and he said there is no decay under that filling. I do not trust that your practice is only doing necessary dental work and will not be returning.

Everyone was wonderful

Everyone was so nice and was able to get me in my emergency. This was after 2 of my dentists couldn’t.

Very satisfying, I felt cared for and relieved that my issue was fixed so quickly. Shout out to Ashani and Dr. Helfner.

Had a great experience! Everybody in the office is lovely. Amanda did my Cleaning. I absolutely loved how thorough she was. One of the best cleanings! She took the time to explain absolutely every detail which put me at ease.
