Price increases are outrageous. And late fees exorbitant. Plenty of other comparable options for storage that are much more reasonable economically.

The staff is great and the facility is very clean but your price gauging is predatory. The rate increases are really bizarre and nonsensical. I moved a mile down the road to an equally as clean and well managed storage unit for 1/2 the price
