Dr Gardner recommended the fitting of a dental splint to reduce the frequency of migraines and tooth grinding while I sleep, and this has improved greatly my sleep quality. This has been an important improvement for me, and I am noticing the benefits as I feel fresher in the morning, and wake less frequently during the night. Dr Gardner's team continue to demonstrate excellent commitment to patient care, and I would strongly recommend the Botanics practice.

I had an issue with clenching and grinding which caused me to feel very unrested after a full nights sleep, including headaches and severe tiredness. So I turned to Colin at Botanics Dental Care for some advice . He helped me to fully understand why this was happening to me. He then advised a sleep clench inhibitor to wear at night which I feel has helped massively and I haven't suffered from any of these problems since. Everyone at Botanics is very friendly,caring and attentive to your needs, I thoroughly recommend to anyone.

In my opinion, Colin Gardner is a perfectionist in all dental work- he takes time to explain everything that needs attention and the dental work required -as well as the cost. Having previously had dental treatment at another practice several years ago, my teeth and gums were in a very poor way. I discovered the team here at Botanics Dental Care through my own research and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The transformation is incredible. I have had several implants, sinus lifts and crowns spread over three years. I must mention that these procedures are pain free and the healing time minimal. Throughout the whole process everyone at Botanics Dental Care have been amazing. The treatments can seem costly but I definitely feel that it is money well invested in your appearance and confidence. Just can't recommend them enough.
