I decided to move out because of ongoing noise, cleanliness, and management issues that were never properly addressed. The walls and floors were so thin I could hear my upstairs neighbors’ entire schedule — it often sounded like constant stomping, but management refused to intervene because it wasn’t “during quiet hours.” Their only suggestion was to call a patrolling security line that never actually resolves anything. The property’s upkeep was unacceptable. I frequently saw dog waste in hallways and stairwells, roaches in common areas, and homeless individuals sleeping in the courtyard. Cars also speed through the garage, making it unsafe for residents. What made this experience worse was the poor management and clear favoritism shown toward certain residents. I experienced delays with my own package access codes while staff casually decorated other residents’ packages with hearts and smiley faces — completely unprofessional behavior. The only reason any positive changes happened (like the increased cleaning schedule or garage mirrors) was because I personally escalated the situation to upper management and CC’d the company’s VP team.It shouldn’t take that level of escalation just to get basic property standards met. I’m relieved I was able to end my lease early, because the management’s priorities and professionalism were unacceptable.

This building is one of the worst constructed places I’ve ever lived in. If you’re reading this before signing a lease—run.Let me be very clear: the building itself is trash. The floors are so thin, I can hear every single step, stomp, and shuffle from my upstairs neighbors. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 p.m. or 2 a.m.—it sounds like a stampede above my head. I’ve complained multiple times, but the response I get is basically, “Sorry, we can’t do anything. It’s policy.” So apparently, living in constant noise is just part of the experience here. The elevator always smells like wet dog, and the parking garage is a disaster—tight spots, zero mirrors for visibility, and awful blind spots that make it feel like you’re gambling every time you try to pull out. It’s dangerous, period. The courtyard is a nonstop dog daycare, with howling echoing off the walls at all hours. And don’t even get me started on the dog poop and pee INSIDE the building. People let their dogs relieve themselves in the halls and lobbies, and half the time it sits there for hours. The smell? Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the grills around the property are never cleaned—just crusty leftovers from whoever used them last. And the tenants? A majority are college students who treat this place like a dorm—smoking, running through the halls, yelling late at night. You’ll occasionally find a more respectful military tenant, but otherwise, expect chaos. Thin walls, thin floors, no peace. Now—the leasing agents are the ONLY saving grace. They’re amazing, patient, and genuinely try to help, but there’s only so much they can do when the real issues are baked into the structure and management policies.Would I renew? Not in a million years. This place is cute on the outside and hell on the inside. Save your money and your sanity.
