As far as I know when you check in for service supposed to get approximate time of waiting was told just to wait lack of customer serviceUnable to make it online or over the phone and went there to do service was denied had to schedule for next day

Again .. walking in the processor was on the phone . After coming off it would be nice to be interacted with . I’m the customer and here to do a serviceI didn’t meet my service advisor .Employees can be more friendly. Make you feel a little more comfortable . Offer coffee or water etc . Not just stare you in the face and keep walking .No one came out and greeted me . Offered anything etc
