My Service Advisor, Ernesto, answered all my questions and even gave me a tour of the maintenance facilities. As a retired military maintenance manager I was impressed by the overall status and organization in the shop. i'm definitely making this my preferred maintenance facility.Well groomed and maintained facilities, very attentive and knowledgeable CS personnel.

My address was not updated before the loan was sent to the bank. I got a letter with the incorrect information and was panicking. I called the bank and Mitsubishi staff corrected it but didn’t contact me to make me aware of the matterYou have wonderful staff.
