The fact that vehicle even washed and vacuumed, is to me true professionalism. Every thing was well done. Nothing was forced upon me. It was a pleasant experience.The reception I received, the attention paid, the quality of service, the cleanliness of the facility, the courtesy of Mr Mason Long and Mr Jovanni Mancina was so accommodating and relaxing, really made me feel special. And from the points check that was done on the vehicle I was made aware of what needs to be done, based on maintenance requirements.

Sales department was awesome. I will say, I have not received any of the finance paperwork like I was told I would. I opted to receive it via email and checked my email and junk and have not received any of the finance stuff yet. Thats the only weird thing.
