There’s no way to actually schedule the repairs you actually need so then you get to the dealership and you guys try to tack on 3 different diagnostic fees as if you have to look at the car more than once.I’m not even sure they truthfully looked over the carJust won’t be back. Left a bad taste in my mouthStop trying to rob the American citizen to pad your pockets and keep your lot full of cars.You guys try to beef up quotes with projected labor times, I know, I used to work in this industry. The problem is you have to at least make the quote look acceptable. 1100 in labor on a wheel bearing is outrageous. Any normal person know it takes 3 hours max. I would’ve paid that, but almost 6 hours on a wheel bearing means you don’t have trained techs and I wouldn’t want someone with lack of knowledge working on my car at a dealership.Mason was very communicative and it’s not his fault he works for a shit company

I just want to say that I would/have recommended people already to get a car from this dealership. As a buyer it was a calm process and everyone made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions that I had. I really love my car and am glad that we went here!From the guy who sold me my car, Zack, to the finance manager Chase, to service with Mason & Jovanni all was really smooth. Each one of them was very personable and communicated very clearly with me on everything!
