Mason was great! We didn’t know where to go because it was our first time there. He came up to us and assisted us immediately. He helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle. I also loved how the car was washed before handing it back to me :)They informed you about what they found/if it’s covered by warranty. They were fast with the inspection, and I loved how they gave my car a wash before handing it back to me.

Unfortunately, the two experiences I had at the dealership were not good. During the first car service (which was theoretically free), they told me I needed a fluid change and charged me $100 for the service. In the second experience, when we got home, my wife noticed that the clip for the driver's side floor mat button was missing. I went back to the dealership the following week and explained what had happened. The young man who attended to me was extremely polite and tried to help me. In the end, he told me that the manager said they unfortunately couldn't do anything and that a new floor mat costs $143 plus taxes. Therefore, I thanked him and I'm never going back there again. I'm also thinking about changing brands. I switched from Chevrolet to Mitsubishi believing I was going to a better brand, but so far it's only been disappointment.Unfortunately, the two experiences I had at the dealership were not good. When we picked up the car, there was an unrelated problem and it wouldn’t start. We were heading out of town early the next morning, and Mason made sure the repairs were made quickly and everything was taken care of. I so appreciate the service and I’ll be back after our trip to make sure we get the car in tip top shape!Excellent service! I was eligible for a warranty repair but there was quite a wait for the part. Mason Long kept me updated every week, and when the part finally arrived, he went above and beyond to get the job done.

The process for paying off the trade and equity to the buyer could be improved.The dealer ultimately delivered. I was pressed for time, and they were able to get the deal done quickly.
