I brought my own pesticide to use on the apartment so I don’t need to leasing office to do it. The only problems I see is people steal peoples packages, kids throw trash all thru the complex, and just the roach problem in the apartments that a big problem and should be a huge concern for investment to destroy that problem. It also could be some tenants that live nasty and don’t care about spreading infestation. It’s so terrible I’m going to have to throw away my furniture and it’s sentimental to me because it was mother’s furniture before she passed.

The pest control is a huge issue. There needs to be more services available than just spray treatments once a month as that does not help in ridding of roaches. I would have not considered moving in if the staff had been open and honest about the current pest problem. By now I’m sure my furniture is infested and I would not feel secure in moving it to any new home I may move to.
