Dr. Gallagher was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and genuinely cared for. He took the time to listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and really involved me in the discussion about my plan of care. What stood out most was that he valued my opinion and preferences instead of immediately pushing surgery. He implemented a thoughtful, patient-centered approach while also making it clear that if my condition changed or I felt I needed a different plan, he would be available to see me as soon as possible. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism, compassion, and collaboration so well. I highly recommend Dr. Gallagher to anyone looking for a podiatrist who truly cares about their patients.

For some reason I don’t receive my receipt when it is “emailed” to me. When I asked to have a printed receipt I was told that the printer wasn’t working (not the first time I’ve encountered that). I then asked for a texted receipt and was told that they couldn’t do that. When I pushed back further the printer magically started working. I didn’t appreciate being lied to.

The Dr. Gallagher's team are very quick to answer any questions I might have and Miss Christine was very nice and cordial took time to assess me to make sure that I am okay and Dr. Gallagher as well.
