When I arrived nobody was at the reception area! About 5-10 minutes later appeared an older individual with a beard & rudely said to come to the front desk with my ID & medical card. I asked him if he could please come get it being I was on crutches & in massive pain? He said no, he has too many things to do.This individual needs extensive training in dealing with patients & human Being I was not born with three arms & legs I placed the my ID & medical card between my lips while using my crutches to go to the front desk. He than handed me a tablet & said to fill out the forms. I explained I need both arms & legs to use my crutches to walk & he said oh it’s not that difficult being my wife was parking the vehicle I said ok I guess I’ll wait for her to come upstairs so she can bring it to me!First impressions really mean quite a bit I would not want to refer anyone to this office being he lacks the proper customer service traits! If I hadn’t been with my wife the tablet would still be sitting on the desk. This individual should not be at the reception desk unless The Anderson Clinic is looking to go into bankruptcy. In my 60+ years of seeing doctors this by far ranks the worst experience I’ve ever had with an individual that should be polite , friendly, & professional!

MD to take time to listen to the patient. I felt he was rushing. Didn't take time to listen and to thoroughly explain things in a way that's not rushed

Dr. Gallagher had good bedside manner and listens to your concerns

I was prescribed vitamin D, but received no guidance about diet, exercise, activity levels, or how to prevent the issue from happening again. I was not asked questions about my daily activities or possible causes of my condition.

Dr. Gallagher, entire care Tran are excellent since my surgery using the Force app has been a positive experience. Responses to messages are prompt.

Great bedside manner

Excellent team of professionals. DR Gallagher is a highly skilled, and knowledgeable surgeon. Very thankful to have him and his team for giving me practically a new ankle.
