Appreciate the ease of getting a same day appointment for evaluation of my broken ankle!

I was told that it was not possible to have copies of the XRays. I asked if they would be on the patient portal, but the PA did not lnow. She sent a link to the patient Portal but neither the X rays or a report were there. Not acceptable

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Brian Gallagher. We came to him for a second opinion regarding my daughter’s ankle fracture after surgery had initially been recommended. Dr. Gallagher took the time to carefully review all of her previous X-rays as well as obtain and evaluate new imaging. He explained the injury, the concerns about stability, and both the surgical and nonsurgical options very clearly.What we appreciated most was that Dr. Gallagher did not rush us into surgery. He considered my daughter’s current alignment and individual situation and explained why closely monitored nonsurgical treatment could be a reasonable option, while also being very clear about the circumstances in which surgery might become necessary. His approach was thoughtful, balanced, and reassuring.We left the appointment feeling much more informed and comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Gallagher was patient with our questions and gave us confidence that the decision was being made based on what was best for our daughter. We are very grateful for his expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon.
