Keep up the good work. Customer service form the time you are greeted at the door. Very clean professional and Dr. Gallagher greets you looking you in the face very thorough going over things and next steps. Never in a rush given you time to speak. Not afraid to jump right in to exam the issue and area in need. Recommendations are a must for me at my age and in this era of my life and I am so glad Anderson Orthopedic Clinic was recommended to me.

The receptions was not polite and poor service

That the surgery that was performed with my Fibia and tibia has to be redone because the bone did not completely closed.

The recommended Lidocaine patches are not helping to reduce the swelling and or shooting nerve pain, it causes skin irritation. My Question is why this is so difficult to prescribe a decent pain killer to a seventy six years old man to have a decent night sleep? Because of swelling I cannot easily put on sneaker to walk. I really need a strong anti inflammatory and nerve pain medicines.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else, I have been a patient of Dr Branche’s and now Dr Gallagher for many years.

Both Dr and staff were attentive to my concerns and my time. Dr Gallagher was thorough with his explanation and provided sensible options to continue treatment.
