My PT person asked me what the doctor said about PT after getting the cortisone shot. I said he didn’t tell me anything regarding PT. She said “he should have told you to take it easy or not go to PT for today”. We did PT but took it easy.

Regarding resolution of primary reason for visit: I knew this was the beginning of the journey, not the end, and did not expect everything to be resolved after the first visit. There are several more steps before that happens, but I am satisfied with this first step.

Staff should check examination room after the patient is examined to ensure patient understands the doctor’s instruction and the next steps for the patient.Dr. Gallagher has good patient rapport!
