My visit was very informative for me regarding how to manage arthritis in my feet. Dr. Gallagher explained my options clearly and provided me with thorough guidance and information.

Front office staff was excellent and very supportive.

Still have questions about possible surgery.

The visit seemed excellent overall except the boot fitting could be better as the fit was left up to the patient without explaining what the patient should consider. The boot is clumsy and did not provide exact support so it was very hard to know how to adjust it for the best support. Also, I hesitate to predict whether the medical care was effective as it takes months to see full results. Finally, Is the balance between pt and rest correct? It seems a bit cookie cutter without criteria for judging the balance in a specific case. So within this context, which seems pretty standard for US medical care nowadays, I was impressed with Dr. Gallagher and his team.

Clean space. The wait was not too long. Nice people on staff. Dr. Gallagher was clear and helpful. I have every confidence in his care.
