The staff at Anderson Clinic is exceptional, and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Gallagher went above and beyond, treating my son like family during a very challenging time. I truly appreciate his willingness to answer our questions, providing us with a clear understanding of the pros and cons to help us make the best decision for our son. After my son suffered a devastating injury on Dr. Gallagher and the team at Anderson Clinic ensured we secured the necessary appointments for his surgery, which made all the difference.

I have a lot of trust in the Dr. but have a problem w/ same office staff when I call. I have had medical issues and the Dr have cancelled my surgery date several times, it has taken 2 yrs for me to get my surgical date.Dr. Told me he had the surgical date I had chosen available at 2 hospitals and he did not have any surgeries scheduled so far and that I could choose the hospital. When I called today the scheduler ( Jo Anna) said she only had theMalvern hospital in Alexandria available. I had to take that date because I have family from ca coming to stay with me , this makes it a lot more difficult. The location is 2x as far from my home. In Winchester. My personal opinion : they need to improve there communications, if I didn’t have so much time invested I am not sure I would use them again.

This practice, from front desk staff to Dr. Gallagher and bis PAs, has been phenomenal. I would suggest definitely suggest using this practice. Ankle/foot surgery still recovering. But so far great results.

Enjoyed meeting with Dr. Gallagher. He explained my problem with my foot in terms I could understand and made my appt with him an easy one. I will follow up with him after physical therapy.

More consideration on resolution considering my age and preexisting conditions should have been factored in easnest.

I have been a patient of the Anderson Clinic since the 1970s. Dr. Jerry Engh did my very first knee surgery between my sophomore and junior years of college - a patellae tendon transfer of my right knee. Dr. George Branch did my ACL reconstruction of my right knee when I was in graduate school in 2007. I was referred to Dr. Brian Gallagher for injuries to both of my feet and ankles. I saw him today. What a wonderful doctor! He explained everything in great detail, including the surgeries he will be doing to fix the problems. He spent quite a bit of time with me. I never felt rushed in any way. His whole office staff was great - Michael, the Medical Assistant, Keith, the front desk employee, and Jamie, his x-ray tech were so kind and caring. I will be referring all of my friends to Dr. Gallagher! I live over two hours away and seeing him was well worth the drive. Thank you so much, Dr. Gallagher!
