I feel like I deserve to have another raise and it be more than 51 cents. Out the years I have put to be with the company only getting “cent” raises is disappointing. It’s also disappointing that the years I have been with company before switching to Claiborne, I’ve only got 1 raise. I take pride in my work and making sure the residents, families, and staff are taken care of during my shifts for whatever they may need.

Better support from regionals when someone new is in a community as a new hire, catching up while still staying on task is difficult with not adequate training and lack of support. Too many calls that takes up time.

I really appreciate that we’re able to reach anyone in the Home Office when we need answers, instead of being limited to just one regional. This kind of access makes a big difference for me. I don’t feel intimidated or stressed if I make a mistake and need to self-report or ask for help, and that support is a big part of my 'why' I’m still here and continue to give my all to this community.I do understand that the TAMS position is important, but I sometimes feel we may be losing revenue by having someone focused mainly on scheduling interviews. Department heads already know their teams and needs well enough and could likely handle scheduling for interviews and follow up more quickly. This would also save a lot of unnecessary OT if we have our hands on the candidate from start to finish.

I love my job and residents. I would like to have some feedback with a bi-annual or annual review. I’ll be here for almost 2 years and have never had one.
