Absolutely nothing. Start putting your executive directors in check if they’re not getting with the program then get them GONE. Our building is falling apart the communication between the directors and regular staff is horrible. Not to mention I would never put my parents or grandparents in this community maybe a different Claiborne community but not BJC. Then not to mention your phone system is horrible, you make business cards for the directors but when you call the number on the card it goest straight to the front desk. Now how does that help me as a worker if I need to speak to a specific director, also it makes it hard for a family member as well, who is trying to get in contact with a specific director. THEN the directors are so busy to where if you call them you have to leave a message with the concierge and it will take days for them to get back to you. I hear family members complain about this on a daily basis when they come to our community. And it’s so much more I could complain about but there no need I’ll be leaving soon. the company seems like they don’t care to fix this location.

It is nice to have free meals. But it would be even better if Claiborne can honor there promise to pay the $1000 referral fee.i have been there 1 yr she 3 months and referred someone that has been employed for 10 months with Brickmont and I never received my referral. I will never refer anyone else to Claiborne because you don’t honor your word.

All Claiborne cares about is bottom line. If you make to much money they find a way to let you go and hire someone that will do job for less money.

It was a pleasure working at Brickmont. My only thing would be to maybe speak with the ED about her time towards staff. Not everyone is receptive to the loud talking, rude, aggressive tone.Mrs Sabrina is AWESOME! Thank you for the opportunity
