All Claiborne cares about is bottom line. If you make to much money they find a way to let you go and hire someone that will do job for less money.

It was a pleasure working at Brickmont. My only thing would be to maybe speak with the ED about her time towards staff. Not everyone is receptive to the loud talking, rude, aggressive tone.Mrs Sabrina is AWESOME! Thank you for the opportunity

My ADA Rights was violated. Leadership should do better to protect their employee rights. I was also given a position and fulfilled it daily. Never once received the training or compensation for it.

Hopefully this facility gets a clean sweep of employees , the residents deserve better. Everything appears to be in tip top shape, but it’s truly an unorganized mess. The lack of communication, standards & expectations from management was very minuscule. The level of professional amongst employees was slim to none, I witnessed several disruptive arguments infront of residents. I stayed hoping things would get better but it only got worse. In the future I truly hope someone higher up can get in there and really see what’s going on so that this facility can flourish .

I feel as if the training for the medication tech position should be a little longer than 3 days.I enjoyed training with Carley and Sharonette . They were very informative and helpful. Always available to help when needed. Made sure to answer any questions I had in a timely manner.Everyone has been nice and welcoming. Happy to be apart of the team!
