Communicate better to all facilities under their umbrella, ensure everyone is on the same page and not giving conflicting information. Offer more in person training and support to buildings. Have all building/business related documents together in one central location so that the community doesn't struggle to find when needed.

Everything was good except for the Trash can is very far from the main door especially for overnight Staff going out to throw trash at night.I hope the neighborhood is safe at night.The overnight Staff should be allowed to use the door near the big Trash Can outside or they can go out in twos but not one person alone.

The executive director moves on emotions instead of ethics, I was told all the incorrect information from day one. The staff is unwelcoming

I think that this is a very nice building. The upkeep is very clean and sanitized. Their employees are very respectable and easy to get along with but my main concern is. Activity person and memory care. She barely do activities with them. She leave them looking sad and disappointed and miserable. It makes me sad seeing I’m like that when I know that there are people willing to do that position in a better job at it.

Things are not going well Claiborne team aren't doing enough because where there is know discipline things can't work well and employees are not co-operating
