On my first day of work on the cart online instead of having three CMA assignments they only had two. Then the other med techs gave me way more residents to assist. One med techs also left early and made me finish her cart. I have done work assignments here so I know that there are suppose to be three assignments. I thought I was going to have to call out of work but I found a way to come in. They clearly did this in retaliation. Also there was medication labeled incorrectly in a random ziplock bag. If it wasn’t for me googling the pill code then the resident could’ve received the wrong dosage and been hurt. I didn’t appreciate being taken advantage of and treated unfairly so I quit.

I was not paid my correct wage all through the time I worked there. There was no one to talk to in order to resolve this as everyone stated they were not in charge of payroll. It was horrible.

Everyone is very friendly But I don't like the fact that you are given Relias training along with your on boarding and when you do it they don't want to pay you because you did it at home isn't that the reason you sent it to me so that's 25 hours of my time gone! In orientation I was told that you are paid for it two paychecks in I still haven't received the money yet 😐

I am no longer working at Claiborne because of the payment system. I worked for 4 weeks and could not continue even though I wanted to. I was not paid currently for each pay check I received. There was no system in place to address the issues of payment. The whole system was very disorganized.

Teach communication skills to those in charge of training and scheduling. I am actually no longer there as I went 2 days and nobody was there to train me

Orientation could have been more informative in order to get your job done in example where/how to do relias, where/how to keys and tablets will be located. What floor/section is AL, memory care was a no brainer. I honestly didn’t start training because someone else who I referred and got hired was left high and dry for training. On top of that the person that we were supposed to communicate with is very unprofessional and rude. It seems like it could be a great facility but changes do have to made in order to retain employees to give exceptional care.
