My Family and I were blindsided by an issue with our bank account that clearly wasn’t our fault. We wanted to be integral and get ahead of the issue by notifying Bridge Homes. This caused a huge issue for us as we were not able to pay our rent on time. I called in and spoke Jasmine Nichols and advised of the situation. She listened, understood and also advocated for us. Also, they were nice enough to allow us the additional time to pay our Rent. Jasmine is great, her follow through is impeccable and she really cares!! Thank you Jasmine!! You are amazing!! - Chris

Living here at Kimberly Crossing has been convenient and good for our family. The new house is modern with plenty of rooms and sunlight. A intimate backyard. New cabinets and appliances. Laundry room. Very unique floor plan. 2 car garage. The lay out of the house is comfy. Low maintenance property. Our leasing team are so kind and friendly. Bridgette, Sky blu and Fantasya are Amazing! The traffic is mildly busy and close to downtown Canton, hotels, shopping stores, coffee shops, and parks. We love being near 575 when we go to work. We really don’t have to go anywhere. This very small and quiet community is very clean, beautiful with a lovely dog park and the people here stay to themselves. A few downsides is dogs barking in middle of the night waking us up and barking all times of the day. I love dogs but it challenging to sleep sometimes. The flooring through the house constantly peels up due to the thin adhesive glue which put our feet at risks for injury from corners of the floor tile. It would be better if the flooring was wood planks instead since it’s a beautiful property. You have to make a warranty appointment for the floors to be redone when it lifts up seasonally, it is a hassle to move furniture around when strangers come into your home to fix it again. I think these is the only two set backs of whether to renew or not renew again. Moving is a hassle but we have a whole year to think about it. Other than that we grateful and would like to be here a longtime.

The lease and inspection processes are simple and easy to follow which we appreciate. We will continue to rent with Bridge Homes as long as we can!
