The overall process was a bit overwhelming and extensive for a “rental” property. I was also surprised at the fact that majority of the responsibilities are left up to the tenant (i.e. lawn care, trash, etc.) But, I must say, all of the ladies I spoke with from the office were great! From my first call with Jasmine to meeting with Veronica. I sincerely appreciate how patient and thorough Veronica was when reviewing the rental welcome packet and answering/ clarifying my many questions. Thank you!

My Family and I were blindsided by an issue with our bank account that clearly wasn’t our fault. We wanted to be integral and get ahead of the issue by notifying Bridge Homes. This caused a huge issue for us as we were not able to pay our rent on time. I called in and spoke Jasmine Nichols and advised of the situation. She listened, understood and also advocated for us. Also, they were nice enough to allow us the additional time to pay our Rent. Jasmine is great, her follow through is impeccable and she really cares!! Thank you Jasmine!! You are amazing!! - Chris
