Mr.Sean is literally GOD SENT ! The patience of this man for all the hell I’ve brought his way is impeccable. Unfortunately I’ve had A MULTITUDE of issues with my home since I moved in . &&. Originally Ms. Nicole was my point of contact , but before she left , she ensured I had everyone’s number and email. Mr Sean being one of them . I call and email him almost EVERY DAY . &&. I can honestly say not one call or email goes unanswered. He goes above and beyond for every work order . He keeps me in the loop on all communication with the vendors. He makes sure they have my information to accommodate my schedule. He also follows up after to ensure everything is working properly . He is also very thorough in all his communication , which I also appreciate. Because I get frustrated easily and hate having to wait on open ended questions. So Bridge Homes thank you so much for Mr Sean , he is definitely an amazing attribute to your team !

I want to really thank February Hill on her excellent customer service and support. My son had to leave for the military. I was so lost on the process and what we needed to do. At times I could not stop the tears from falling. February took the time to show me what needed to be accomplished in getting the home ready for move out. We had to travel from out of state. It is caring people like herself that made things easy. She did not just treat me like I was less then. She should not only be give a raise but become a training manager to help train employees treat people with respect. She is a tremendous asset and you are very lucky to have her. My experience Savion Rogers and working with this company has been a pretty tremendous experience, learning new things along with what I already know, I think this is a great company to work with, and build relationships with, other than the workload being up and down it’s been a great experience.

I love my new home , and this was a pretty big move for my family . After completing a walkthrough of the property I did notice that many things needed to be fixed. Honestly I didn’t feel like the home was move in ready , and felt like these things should have already been addressed any fixed before we officially moved in. When I brought everything to their attention, the service provided has been great! I have been working with Ms. February and she’s always checking to make sure everything is good on our end. As far as any maintenance issues I have been working with Jamal ,and he is amazing at communicating with me, and is always on time!The moment he knew something was wrong with us not being able to access the property on move in day , he showed up! He had the place cleaned up and was making schedules for us within an hour of us being there. Everything is being done within a very timely manner and I really appreciate it. Im very happy with my new location and I absolutely recommend working with Bridge Homes for your move in needs! They truly care about my experience as well as making sure my family is settled. This alone makes a big difference.
