I had a good experience, the only thing is the lockbox and leasing sign is still here nobody has been by to take it

The access was timely the property was perfectly ready for us. We had our furnishings rental delivered the following day and it made our home complete. There were a few minor items that we noticed (a couple of faint stains on carpeting and a cabinet door that we will glue back together). The refrigerator is not making ice or chilled water- there is a waterline feed connected; we’ll have to move it out and see if it’s just a matter of turning on the faucet there. Everything is progressing very smoothly. Thank you.

I am not longer computer savy, Dawn saw my incomplete application and reached out to me. We had just lost our home to a major fire and my head was spinning. She was sympathetic and was a tremendous help. My husband and I were both so frustrated with the application process and no way to talk to anyone until Dawn reached out. We're so very grateful to her for helping us during this stressful time. She was wonderful! We are now settled right where we needed to be.
