We’ve been having problems with out A/C unit and waiting on the repair for that. While still frustrating, Courtnie’s customer service helped make finding a resolution less frustrating. I really appreciated her reassuring me while I was explaining the situation and it felt like she cared, which went a really long way.

I appreciate her understanding as well as the members great hospitality whenever entering the location.
