They were more than willing to go out of their way to help get approved, moved in and everything in a short time period. Always been very in contact of seeing if there’s anything needed before the move or after the move into the rental home. I would definitely go and rent from them again until I actually purchase a house Every thing so far has been smooth sailing and very easy.

We have a mini split ac/heat unit in our bedroom that was leaking. Tanner and Pablo were so amazing! We had constant communication with both of them, working as a team troubleshooting until we had a full picture of why the unit was behaving this way. They brought a new unit and installed it quickly! We could not ask for more!! Tanner and Pablo are awesome!!!!

Experience was great from the start Ann was really helpful and talkative through the start of getting approved to moving in. When we moved in we realized there was a couple things that had to get done and that’s where Tanner stepped in he pulled some strings and had everything done in 2 days. These guys are great

Ann has been an incredible help through the leasing process. We haven't rented a home in about 25 years and she and Bridge Homes has made it so much more enjoyable than I anticipated.

Tanner was very attentive to my repair requests and was thorough in checking that each issue was addressed. He explained the issues that were considered cosmetic and which issues were covered and could be repaired. He addressed the issues in a timely manner and arrived at the appointed time. The worker who came with him was also professional and knowledgeable. I hope that future maintenance requests will be handled in this manner.
