As a vendor my experience has been great. The field service manager and his team work hard to make sure that we understand what all needs to be accomplished in making repairs. Tanner is always available to answer his phone if we have a questions about a job and makes himself and his team available to meet us at a property to do walk through of the scope. And he consistently follows up with us to check on progress. I think that he has been very reasonable in situations where certain unknowns about a project make themselves apparent and a scope of work needs to change and we need to submit a change order.

You guys are amazing. I've had some bad experiences in the past but my experience with you was phenomenal. I had one problem a few months back but your employee Tanner (dont recall his last name) went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved incredibly fast and well.
