The worker that came to install out window unit Tanner Morgan was awesome!!! Great personality and was very professional. Great worker!

What a great experience! Tanner Morgan was our installation tech, and he couldn’t have been more friendly, polite, and professional. He showed up right on time and installed the unit fairly quickly. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, and we hope he’s the one who helps in the future if we need anything else!

I requested a call via email regarding questions on my new lease agreement. Ann Watson promptly returned my call the next day as she always does, and answered all questions that I had. Ann is so helpful, I had copied my old Bridge Homes Rep but did not know she had been gone for a year. Ann gave me contact information for my new Bridge Homes Rep. Ann is an excellent representative for your company, she is always reachable, kind, and very knowledgeable; if you have a question she does not know, she will find out and get back with you! We've had a good experience with Bridge Homes. Maintenance requests are always expedited quickly, and paperless pay is nice and easy. The staff always responds quickly to any inquiries as well. Ashley Titus has been our go-to, and she's a real pleasure. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the new mandatory filter requirement, which costs more than buying your own. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend Bridge Homes.
