We've had a good experience with Bridge Homes. Maintenance requests are always expedited quickly, and paperless pay is nice and easy. The staff always responds quickly to any inquiries as well. Ashley Titus has been our go-to, and she's a real pleasure. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the new mandatory filter requirement, which costs more than buying your own. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend Bridge Homes.

Ashley Titus and her team are awesome. Any time I had to go to the office I was greeted with a warm welcome. They are all so helpful. The app for the work order is good but when i couldn't figure it out and had to call, the person who answered was always helpful, nice, professional. The only complaint I have is Bridge Homes don't use Zelle. Overall, my experience with Bridge Homes has been great.

First of let me start by saying that Colin was amazing from beginning to end. He was the first to reach out to me after I showed interest in my now new home. He was professional, understanding, empathetic, and respectful. He was and still is very patient with my numerous phone calls and questions. He explained the processes, walked me through certain steps I needed help with, and follows up with issues I may have or had. If I ever have to go through the rental phase again I will choose this company because of Colin and I would definitely want him to help again.

Overall it was a great experience. Application was thorough but had a very quick answer for us. Colin was also a huge help throughout the process and made everything easy to understand!
