Bridge homes has amazing customer service and resources. Their website for paying and submitting maintenance requests is easy to use and navigate and if I do have questions the property managers are quick and friendly in their responses. I hope to renew next year!

I have had many dealings with Mike Lindquist in the past 4 years. He has never failed to give anything but excellent Customer Service and has resolved any issues I may have had.

There was A LOT of maintenance that needed to be done to the house upon moving in, which was a bit frustrating and there were certain things that I was told would not be fixed, only noted, because they considered them "cosmetic", that I had to fix myself. The house was also not cleaned or sprayed for pest before us moving, so I also had to do that myself. Other than that though, everything has been great.

Love Savion, I wish I could get connected with any field managers. Since Mark Hoffmann quit we haven't had one Jon because he was the only field manager we knew. We are available if needed:)
